Note: This form should be used to cancel the registration of a player registered to play for your club in the Lancashire Football League, where it is not known at that time whether the player will play later for another club in the League. However, this form should NOT be used where the player is being transferred to play immediately for another known football club in the League. In those circumstances a form of transfer should be completed by the player's new club.

Once the registration is cancelled it will be necessary for a new registration form to be submitted if it is desired later to re-register the player to play for your club in the Lancashire Football league.
